Very clean and professional environment. I had my lips filled, never had them done before so as you can imagine I had a lot of questions and concerns but they were very approachable and answered all my questions thoroughly and talked me through the process. I was absolutely over the moon, so to speak with the results. Plumpy lips at last 👄😀. I then had a derma peel a few weeks later and wow the results were amazing, lovely soft and radiant skin. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks for the new me 🤩👍

I booked a spa day, including a 50 minute treatment and lunch in the Tavern with a friend. We were a little late but thanks to the staff it didn't affect our pool and relaxation time as they allowed us the full time slot anyway.
- The treatments and massage therapist were amazing. Absolutely loved the facial. Had a little chat and asked the necessary questions to aid a better experience!
- Lovely clean changing rooms and showers
- Towels and robes provided.
- Only thing I would recommend is extending the allocated time allowed in the pool as you have to factor in getting changed and then getting out for you treatment in our case, meaning we didn't get much time in there.
